Japanese Speaking Customer Service Assistant Supervisor / Senior

Coordinate & communicate with clients, sales, operation and warehouseFollow up shipment, prepare billing and monthly statementHandle clients' inquiries and complaints by phone or emailMaintain good customer relationships; excellent communication and negotiation skillsOther ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsDiploma or aboveAt least 2 years of customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from a logistics service providerMature, responsible, willing to learn, able to work under pressure, initiative, positive mindset, and well organizedGood command of both written and spoken English (For Japanese Speaking - Japanese with JLPT N2 or above)Good communication skills with clients and colleaguesGood PC skills and proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processingClient-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skillsImmediate availability is highly preferredWorking LocationSan Po KongOur OfferAttractive salary, discretionary bonus, 5-day work week, annual leave, birthday leave, education allowance, marriage leave, medical insurance, and training benefitsInterested parties please send your CV to yamatohk.com.hk with expected salary and available date.** All information received will be kept confidential and for recruitment purposes only.
