ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has been a major supplier of trains, signaling systems, infrastructure and services (maintenance, renovation and parts supply) to MTR Corporation over the last 40 years. Since the first metro project in Hong Kong in 1975, ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has supplied over 1,100 metro cars for its metro network and equipped seven lines with signaling systems currently in operation, contributing positively to the urban transport system development in Hong Kong. We are looking for Project Administrator based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for: Provide the necessary support to newcomers in the team. Manage project submissions and correspondences to and from Customer. Manage safety and mandatory courses for the team. Liaising with project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for the PM. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Customer liaison – build up relationships with the customers at all levels and be a reliable point of contact. Manage expenses sheets in the e-tools. Diary management - Act as the point of contact for all participants. You are expected to have these credentials: Graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. IT skills – competent user of Word, Excel packages, Internet. Good command of software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook…) and computer. Company’s intranet travel bookings (Carlson Wagonlit). Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Basic knowledge of domestic market. Good relationship and communication skills. Flexible and the ability to multi-task. Sense of urgency, autonomy, good sense of initiative and ability to anticipate and solve issues.
