Our client is a fifth generation, family-owned, luxury retail and jewellery manufacturer who specializes in the finest handcrafted jewellery boxes, patented watch winders and boxes, travel accessories, and safes to protect jewellery, watches, and precious possessions.As they continue their global growth, they are now looking to add a seasoned Sales Director to their ASIAPAC team who will oversee and develop the dispersed team across the region. This person will be key in building on the success they have already achieved and driving the team forward in 2025 and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Increase market share in the region with Hong Kong and Japan as priority marketsBe hands-on, lead from the front, and be able to develop and sell into new clients and marketsIdentify and manage the regionally dispersed sales teamUse data to identify key areas for improvement within the sales team and provide training to develop knowledge and skillsetsDrive sales excellence to ensure yearly targets are met and exceededProvide ongoing analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisTravel 3 weeks per month in the short to medium term to develop new opportunities in the marketAttend regional trade shows to build presence and brand profileExperience/Skills Required:Extensive background in luxury small leather goods, handbags, jewellery, and watchesUnderstanding of the key retailers and local businesses to target across the regionKnowledge of trends in the luxury marketplaceHigh desire to succeed and help others succeed in salesStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnjoy change and accept the responsibility to take risksHighly analytical with a very high level of Excel proficiencyStrong strategic, reporting, and financial competency skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality to win new businessA lover of productSalary & Benefits:HKD 1,165,000 per annum (DOE)Commissions up to 5%Annual bonusTravel and accommodation coveredSeniority Level
