Our client is a fifth generation, family-owned, luxury retail and jewellery manufacturer who specializes in the finest handcrafted jewellery boxes, patented watch winders and boxes, travel accessories, and safes to protect jewellery, watches, and precious possessions. As they continue their global growth, they are now looking to add a seasoned Sales Director to their ASIAPAC team who will oversee and develop the dispersed team across the region. This person will be key in building on the success they have already achieved and driving the team forward in 2025 and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Increase market share in the region with Hong Kong and Japan as priority markets Be hands-on, lead from the front, and be able to develop and sell into new clients and markets Identify and manage the regionally dispersed sales team Use data to identify key areas for improvement within the sales team and provide training to develop knowledge and skillsets Drive sales excellence to ensure yearly targets are met and exceeded Provide ongoing analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Travel 3 weeks per month in the short to medium term to develop new opportunities in the market Attend regional trade shows to build presence and brand profile Experience/Skills Required: Extensive background in luxury small leather goods, handbags, jewellery, and watches Understanding of the key retailers and local businesses to target across the region Knowledge of trends in the luxury marketplace High desire to succeed and help others succeed in sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoy change and accept the responsibility to take risks Highly analytical with a very high level of Excel proficiency Strong strategic, reporting, and financial competency skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality to win new business A lover of product Salary & Benefits: HKD 1,165,000 per annum (DOE)Commissions up to 5%Annual bonus Travel and accommodation covered Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Retail Apparel and Fashion Retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
