In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of recurring revenue growth across the business within the region covered. You will develop and execute the sales strategy as well as lead a team of sales people. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement an Asia market development strategy for each market and product. Provide strategic feedback on the sales activities of company's products. Review, implement, and manage scalable sales processes across the Asia team. Promote the company's entire product portfolio to optimize cross-selling opportunities and business growth, utilizing appropriate sales methods and relevant internal liaison. Develop strong relationships. Attend industry events and client meetings. Renew and grow revenues to exceed budgeted enterprise revenues. Maximize revenues from existing clients and generate significant increases in yield by customer. Ensure consistent growth in the revenues and volumes of new business for each market. Management: Day-to-day management of the members of your team. Allocation of resources, responsibilities, and workloads within your team. Identify areas of best practice and ensure these are rolled out across the team. Reporting & Internal: Ensure effective use of Salesforce for accurate reporting on client activity. Provide accurate regular reporting on pipeline/revenue projections and systematic monitoring of results against targets with recommendations for remedial actions as required. Attend industry and company events when required. Your Profile: A Bachelor's degree in business or related field. At least 7-8 years of sponsorship sales experience from events and media background. Must have leadership and prior team management experience. Ability to sell multi-channel or integrated campaigns. Experience with a consultative sales process in handling complex briefs. Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets. Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently or as a team. Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Google Suite preferable but not essential, and ideally Salesforce. Must be able to travel to designated events and for business travel globally.
