Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programmes;Conduct sales visits to identify group opportunities, assist with group booking activities and monitor group booking utilization rates to maximize group sales volume;Utilize the internal group booking system daily to process group bookings;Monitor the latest marketing and competitors’ information to update group pricing strategies;Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and travel agents to promote group bookings, including serial groups, ad-hoc groups and group advertising;Provide daily and monthly group booking analysis reports;Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution etc.;Liaise closely with Revenue Management team and other departments to execute the group sales plan, establish smooth workflows and manage expectations both internally and externally;Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.Requirements:
