Associate Sales Manager (with territory) – Women's Health Lead the customer team to formulate strategy and execute channel sales strategies of the assigned product / product portfolio in an agile way. Engage and cultivate relationships with key customers to drive strategic partnerships and enhance customer loyalty. Close interaction with Head of Customer Engagement, Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation, Squad Leads and Squad members to ensure outcome based KPI are met. Provide feedback, build capability and coaching for performance to sales force. Work with trade team to monitor and drive sales in trade channel. Whom do I report to: Direct report to Head of Customer Engagement Sales representatives as direct reports How I plan and execute work: Achieve assigned sales target of the team and own territory. Lead the team in navigating and thriving in ambiguous environments, fostering a culture of strategic thinking to ensure informed decision-making at all levels. Give guidance to customer team to achieve agreed sales targets and outcome-based KPI. Provide coaching and feedback to his/her own team members and build capability for the development and execution of sales strategies. Guide the team to maintain a forward-looking perspective, demonstrating agility in adapting to challenges and effectively leveraging growth opportunities. Analysis of market trend and customer needs and feedback to key decisions for product strategy. Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Sales Supervisor. Familiar with the local market.
