Repulse BayThe Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and other high-profile assets) is seeking an influential General Manager to manage the strategic planning and operations of The Repulse Bay Complex, elevate the overall asset's positioning, offering, whilst driving commercial returns by ensuring optimised leasing, marketing and operations deliverables, as well as championing "Peninsula” standards.Work for a prestigious, globally renowned luxury property groupOwn the Complex PnL, as well as set the strategic vision and team objectivesExceptional market leading benefits (Hong Kong based position)Key AccountabilitiesStrategically develop, implement and drive comprehensive business plans and budgeting for the assetOptimise the asset value as well as achieve financial performance metrics across the complexImprove the asset condition by providing people and resources to unlock value and cost efficiencies whilst upholding exceptional service and property maintenanceLead, coach and mentor cross-functional departments, including Estate Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, People and Culture, and Finance to deliver quality, financial and people objectivesCreate and implement initiatives to drive significant revenue growth and leasing occupancy across the residential portfolioCreate and implement strategies to attract and drive footfall to the retail arcade and F&B operationsEnsure tenant transitions and relationships are managed with seamless executionDevelop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency, cost management whilst delivering Peninsula Service PrinciplesDrive CRS initiatives, leading and championing the best environmental management standards and awarenessManage relationships with key stakeholders across Governmental agencies, the Kadoorie Office and HSH to implement capital improvement projectsGeneral RequirementsDegree or similar qualifications (such as surveying) in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplinesMinimum 15-20 years’ experience within Real Estate operations (ideally residential, retail or commercial)Experience working for an (asset) owner/operator (feasibility, asset repositioning etc. would be highly desirable)Experience leading an Asian and luxury-centric real estate complex idealFluent English proficiency and the ability to communicate complexity to board level audienceWe are delighted to receive your CV for further consideration.
