Our client is a well-known nightclub operator in Hong Kong. This is a full-time on-site role for a Nightclub General Manager located in Hong Kong. The General Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nightclubs, balancing on-floor presence with administrative duties in the office Manage and lead a diverse team of staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or nightlife industry Sensitive and knowledgeable about industry and competitors' trends Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Sound financial acumen and experience in budget management Flexibility to work both on the floor and in the office as needed Openness to working with a diverse international team and clientele Experienced with serving upper-class clientele Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus Immediately available is highly preferred For candidates in Hong Kong, in-person interviews will be arranged.
