This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead one of Hong Kong's leading boutique fitness operators. Our business has grown to encompass three studios in Hong Kong and a recent opening in Singapore. The general manager will have overall responsibility for the growth and ongoing operations of H-Kore Hong Kong and will report directly to the business owners.Critical skills for delivery of this role include a strategic mindset, attention to detail, the ability to analyse data to deliver growth plans, be a team player and have extensive experience in people management and coaching.Candidates are required to submit an A4 page cover letter outlining how their experience will drive their success in this role, in addition to their C.V. and two referees. Please include salary expectations in your submission.This role requires the following skills:

Strategic leadership:

To develop and implement the short- and long-term business strategies aligned with long-term goals.Competent in developing and analysing KPIs to deliver growth plans and strategic direction.Ability to implement and deliver on plans through exemplary project and programme management.Utilising data and metrics to develop a comprehensive understanding of cost drivers and revenue points. Attention to detail and full reviews of all available data is required on a monthly basis.Manage and optimise operational costs and budgeting.

Team Management:

To coach and develop staff, providing annual goal setting and monthly meetings to provide feedback, and to guide and elevate skill sets.To provide oversight and escalation for the operations manager.To recruit staff as necessary.

Branding and client experience:

To ensure the client experience is exemplary and to actively manage the client journey through feedback reviews/ solicitation.To develop relationships with key external stakeholders in the community, building our brand awareness.To present ad hoc at external events where required.

Client retention and business development:

To drive revenue and business growth through client acquisition and retention.To actively seek opportunities for further business development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years' experience developing business strategies and growth plans.Minimum of 8 years' experience leading and developing teams through coaching and development.Deep analytical mindset proficient in financial and strategic analysis.An understanding of or background in the health and fitness industry.Confident, credible and a quick learner.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Fluency in English, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is desirable.A business management/ administration degree or similar.This is a full-time role, based in Hong Kong offering an attractive remuneration package plus discretionary bonus and medical insurance.You must have the Legal Right to Work in this role.
