The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various initiatives and activities related to our talent programs, employee engagement, wellness and various initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support recruitment and selection process of talent programs, including but not limited to mass recruitment campaign, assessment and selection process, onboarding process, job rotation arrangement, and training programs.Assist in maintaining and updating program documentation.Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for internal communications.Provide logistical support for events, meetings, and team activities.Help with budget monitoring and expense management.Provide support in employee engagement and wellness programs.Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.Providing support in HR daily operations.Requirements:Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.1 year’s working experience or passionate for developing career in Human Resources.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.A proven team player with strong sense of responsibility and customer centricity.Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
