Demanding consistency of experience across the multiple touchpoints.Create a best-in-class consumer experience and meet the needs for the family of Ralph Lauren brands on Global, Seasonal and Local Campaigns, as well as partnership business.Understand briefs and department requirements and offer solutions to creative problems.Able to work independently respecting multiple deadlines.Paying close attention to detail and grasp project needs and assist in translating with the team.Confident in presenting and explaining creative ideas to stakeholders and colleagues.Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders within the company.Be opened to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color.Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience, Skills & KnowledgeDegree at bachelor level - Visual Communication / Graphic / Web / Digital Design related.Minimum of 3 years' of design experience in-house marketing or at an agency environment.Understands creative development and digital project processes.Proficiency in both Figma and Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AI etc).Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels.Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment.You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver.Knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design.Experience in print and video editing is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued.Knowledge with China, Japan, Korea, and/or SEA ecommerce market is a huge plus.A strong portfolio submission is required when applying, to be presented and walked through during interview.
