Artbat Live is seeking a motivated Junior Research Associate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Creative Technology, Digital Media, or a related field that blends technical and artistic expertise. In this research-focused position, you will explore advanced methods for analyzing and categorizing diverse multimedia content—encompassing images, 3D models, videos, and animations—to enhance our AI-driven talent search platform. Your responsibilities will involve conducting research on data preparation, annotation, and preprocessing techniques, as well as experimenting with tools commonly used in creative workflows (e.g., Blender, Adobe Creative Suite). This role will help expand our AI models' capabilities to recognize and interpret artistic styles across multiple media formats.Key Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition & Preparation:Identify and collect multimedia datasets (images, 3D models, videos, animations) for research and training.Contribute to workflows that convert various media formats into machine learning-ready data.Apply and research preprocessing methods—such as feature extraction, normalization, and format conversion—to enhance data quality and model performance.Annotation & Labeling Research:Investigate annotation methodologies for stylistic and categorical labeling of multimedia content.Ensure labeling consistency to produce reliable training data and support accurate model outcomes.Research semi-automated or AI-assisted labeling approaches to improve annotation efficiency and precision.Data Validation & Quality Control:Participate in research efforts to establish validation protocols, ensuring data integrity and uniformity.Detect and resolve anomalies or inconsistencies that may affect model reliability.Research & Development:Engage in ongoing research activities to discover new techniques, frameworks, and tools for handling various media types—potentially leveraging creative software like Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant platforms.Experiment with and evaluate preprocessing and annotation strategies to enhance the model's ability to recognize and categorize diverse artistic styles.Stay informed about research trends in multimedia machine learning, integrating findings to refine internal methodologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Game Design, Creative Technology, Digital Media, or a related field that combines technical and creative skill sets. Basic programming knowledge (e.g., familiarity with Python) and interest in machine learning concepts.Exposure to media processing tools and creative software (e.g., Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, OpenCV, FFmpeg) and a willingness to research solutions for handling varied media formats.Interest in data annotation, preprocessing techniques, and the underlying research principles in multimedia AI analysis.Strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for exploring new frontiers through research in multimedia and AI.Application Process:
