Experience within an agency is not mandatory, but passion and experience in creating visual content that brings messages to life is.Maximum exposure - working with clients ranging from our own technology ventures to multinational clients, and for industries from consumer goods to web3.Creative bandwidth – you will be involved in the end-to-end process from idea generation creation of visual content.Variety – you will have the opportunity to work on both product-based and software-based visual productions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement design strategies that align with client objectives and goals.Review and refine design outputs, ensuring they meet quality and brand standards.Design ExecutionOversee and contribute to the creation of:UX/UI designs

for websites, landing pages, and apps that prioritize user experience.Branding guidelines

for industry standard, high-quality graphics, and images.Social media visuals

tailored to specific platforms and audiences.Email marketing templates

optimised for engagement and conversions.Banners and display ads

designed for maximum impact and ROI.Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketers to produce campaigns that bring extraordinary results on the board.Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with the latest design trends.Work with account managers and clients to understand campaign goals, translating them into effective design strategies.Use data and insights (e.g., A/B testing, analytics) to inform design decisions and optimise performance.Advocate for design as a critical component of business success to internal and external stakeholders.Project ManagementPrioritise tasks across multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Develop and maintain workflows for efficient design production and feedback.Manage design budgets and resources effectively.Requirements3+ years

of professional design experience, including

1+ years in a leadership role.Proven expertise and outstanding track record in

UX/UI design, social media graphics, email marketing, and banner ad creation.Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).Experience in graphic animation is a plus.Experience in AI-based image generation is a bonus.Creative mindset, with a desire to improve and learn new techniques to keep up with the current media landscape.Strong business acumen and ability to tie designs to business outcomes.Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.Ownership, accountability and keeping a standard of excellence.Personal AttributesExceptional creative vision with an analytical approach to design.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.To apply, please hit apply now and submit your CV through our job portal.We look forward to hearing from youSeniority level
