landing pages, and social media to support new sales growth targets and retention rates.Enterprise Dental Cover: Design B2B-focused sales and marketing collateral, emphasising clarity and professionalism, to achieve new sales growth targets and retention rates.Use AI-driven tools for A/B testing and performance optimisation of creative assets.User Experience Design:Lead the design of Smile's digital platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and an exceptional user experience for retail members and enterprise members.Use AI and user analytics to identify and address pain points, continuously improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.AI-Driven Design Efficiency:Integrate AI tools (e.g., DALL·E, Adobe Sensei) to accelerate the design process and optimise the quality of deliverables.Collaborate with the data team to leverage customer insights for creating personalised, data-driven design strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing,
