We are building a transformative platform that bridges traditional finance and cryptocurrency. Our mission is to make financial transactions borderless, instant, and accessible to everyone. We're expanding our fiat on/off ramps globally, launching personal multi-currency accounts, enabling yield earning on cash, and developing 1-second, 1-cent global transfers. We're seeking a versatile Product Designer who can help shape these experiences across our platform.Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience who will be instrumental in defining and designing our fiat-to-crypto experiences. You'll work closely with our product management team in the UK to transform complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences. While fintech experience is not required, we're looking for someone who is eager to dive deep into the intersection of traditional finance and crypto.Key Responsibilities

Think of this role as more than just pushing pixels. We're looking for a design partner who sees every interface as an opportunity to make complex financial interactions feel effortless. You'll be:Designing seamless experiences for users to move between traditional currency and crypto assetsCreating intuitive flows for multi-currency accounts and global money transfersCollaborating with our UK-based product team to define and refine our fiat product strategyBuilding user-friendly interfaces for yield-earning featuresEnsuring consistent experience across our global fiat on/off ramp solutionsTranslating complex financial concepts into clear, approachable user interfacesIdeal Candidate

DesignProven mastery of end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systemsExpert proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and maintaining design systemsStrong experience with responsive web design principles and mobile-first approachesDemonstrated ability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component librariesProficiency in designing data-heavy interfaces and complex financial workflowsResearchExperience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvementsAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisionsProficiency with user testing tools like UserTesting, Maze, or similar platformsExperience with A/B testing methodologies and analyzing test resultsTools and TechnologiesAdvanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping toolsProficiency with design collaboration tools (Figjam, Miro, Jira)Familiarity with version control concepts and design version managementExperience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of financial products and services, particularly in digital banking or fintechFamiliarity with cryptocurrency concepts and blockchain technologyKnowledge of financial regulatory requirements and their impact on UX designExperience designing KYC/AML flows and security-conscious interfacesSeniority Level
