Job Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing and reaching sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and responding to market demands. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in increased efficiency and achieving quarterly incentive goals. Improve and enhance sales skills and competence. Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans, and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans. Manage day to day service issues between marketing, product, customer marketing, and retailer buying teams. Nice to have: Proven track record in sales management and building customer relationships. Experience in the toy industry is a plus5+ years of sales experience. Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies. Strong communication skills, a pioneering spirit, and the ability to handle pressure well. Excellent business development and negotiation skills. Strong sense of public relations, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Courage to explore and innovate. Excellent presentation skills, proficiency in the use of MS Office with strong Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook competency. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
