In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to offer technical guidance on digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for developing customized marketing strategies aimed at boosting revenue and crafting proposals specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our approach heavily integrates AI and data analytics to deliver precision-targeted, tailor-made marketing solutions. Responsibilities The Assistant General Manager position requires a high-energy, disciplined individual to run all aspects of our advertising business. You will be setting up and running the agency business as an entrepreneur with support from our HQ in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Director based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to: Managing Performance and Profitability Develop and implement sales strategies and key performance goals to enhance staff performance. Oversee and manage the operations in Singapore, establishing relevant metrics and KPIs for effective monitoring. Manage the Profit & Loss of the business; conduct sales forecasts and budget expenses, focusing on revenue growth, pipeline management, billing, and expense control. Business Growth & Sales Ability Formulate strategic sales plans for existing media pages and ad tech solutions. Utilize your network to generate new leads and connections through networking events and other cost-efficient methods. Lead the charge in sourcing, negotiating, and securing new clients collaboratively with the team. Track, monitor, and analyze sales productivity and client retention. Liaise with all internal stakeholders to achieve country-specific targets. People Management Recruit top-tier talent, building a robust local team that delivers exceptional sales results and identifies new business opportunities. Lead a team of professional editors to enhance media branding, improve advertisement quality, and increase overall reach and engagement of the media platform. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with external work partners. Requirements University graduate with a degree in a relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in the digital media industry, PR Agency, or Marketing Agencies. Excellent people management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and can work under pressure and independently. Good team player with a positive and professional attitude. Experience of reporting at a consolidated level. Fluency in English and Mandarin; good written and verbal communication skills.
