  • Manage and supervise daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facility management, and coordinating office resources.
  • Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Implement and maintain office security and safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive and harmonious office culture, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.skills & experiences required.
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar managerial role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in office software and equipment, including MS Office and comfortable learning new systems.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
