Your new role

Lead a team to handle the firm's credit collection and controlling processesPerform debt collection and follow-up on casesMonitor current and outstanding balancesHandle regular reporting and data analysisEnsure workflow meets control requirementsLiaise with different departments across the firm and relevant partiesPartner with Insurance agents and brokers, the Operations department and other stakeholders to resolve any issuesReport to the Department head


What you'll need to succeed

Educational degree4 years of relevant credit or debt control and collection experienceExposure in the Insurance sector is a plusSelf-starter mindset and ability to work independentlyInterest in partnering with stakeholders of the businessStrong communication and negotiation skills
