Overview

A fast-growing Foreign Corporate Bank is currently hiring for a Manager to join their Credit Control and Planning team to support the post-approval credit risk management function for the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the corporate lending portfolio and prepare post-approval credit portfolio monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare reports about credit risk control.
  • Coordinate the quarterly Credit Management Committee Meeting.
  • Establish and review Credit Policy, other credit risk related procedures and internal policies.
  • Coordinate the submission of credit monitoring reports as requested by Head Office.
  • Attend request from local/overseas regulators/auditors (i.e. HKMA, FSA, BOJ, etc.)
  • Support and provide credit related information / reporting as requested by different sections of the Bank.
  • Prepare and check monthly reports of HK Branch such as Portfolio Report, Credit Cost Report, Booking Transaction Report.
  • To follow Head Office's policy and procedure and the HKMA's regulatory requirement, establish / modify the internal credit policy and procedure.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or related discipline;
  • Require around 4-5 years of Credit Risk/Credit Control experience in Banking.
  • Experience in MIS reporting, credit control and post-approval portfolio monitoring is an advantage.
  • Good experience & knowledge in handling internal and external regulatory reporting.
  • Good computer skills and experienced in MS Office applications.
  • With a growth mindset to make improvements for higher productivity and performance.
  • A team player with sound communication skills.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English.
