    About the Company

    Our client is one of the most reputable property developers who owns multiple iconic properties in Hong Kong. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to join and manage their premium commercial complex.

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of operation, repairs and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. You need to conduct tendering, contract administration, and monitor the in-house technical team and outside contractors for the maintenance works. You will also be preparing budgeting and cost control for electrical maintenance related projects.

    About the Requirement

    • Over 5 years of experiences in the maintenance of E&M system in commercial or shopping mall properties
    • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical engineering or equivalent
    • Holder of REW B0 and H0
    • Strategic, strong team leadership skills
    • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
