We're partnering with a global MNC leader in the FMCG industry in finding a Senior Key Account Executive and/or Assistant Key Account Manager for their growing team here in Hong Kong.

The individual will be collaborating with the Sales Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies to drive brand awareness, sales and presence in respective channels (not limited) to drug chains, convenience stores and supermarkets in Hong Kong. Additionally, the successful candidate will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaigns (new product launches, festive promotions etc.)about the job.

  • Manage respective key account on a daily business to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with senior manager in formulating strategies to drive and reach team objectives and sales targets (margins, profitability, revenue etc.)
  • Executive sales strategies in a timely and accurate manner to drive results and achieve objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify business opportunities in respective channels, competitors and category and recommend strategies to bridge gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trade marketing, brand marketing, finance, supply chain, customer service) to drive projects/campaigns (new product launch, festive launch etc.) sales growth and brand presence in respective channels
  • Monitor and assist on budgeting and demand forecastingskills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in business or related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years sales experience in FMCG/ consumer retail key account management
    • Experience managing personal care and/or beauty category is a bonus
    • Experience in managing Hong Kong market drug chains is a bonus
    • Strong project management skills and negotiation skills
    • Strong communication, relationship-oriented, strong analytical skills
    • Team player, self-motivated and result-driven
