As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will
-Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for non-IT procurement categories, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
-Lead the procurement team and provide guidance and support in the execution of procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
-Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and establish strategic partnerships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
-Monitor market trends, conduct research, and perform supplier assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as departments heads and project managers, to understand their procurement requirements and provide guidance on vendor selection and contract management.

-Relevant bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on non-IT categories.
-Solid experience in procurement management, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
-Strong knowledge of procurement principles and best practices, as well as relevant regulations and compliance standards.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
