Key Accountabilities

  • Overseeing the production and daily operation of the Pastry section.                
  • Prepare budget for the Pastry section, including staffing, capital equipment and repair & maintenance.                                                                
  • Be creative and innovative. Design new themes and recipes for the restaurant.  
  • Supervise and provide training to the subordinates.     
  • Strictly comply with the HACCP standard. Upkeep the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and the staff.         

 

General requirements 

  • Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
