Institutional Business Manager

Job Description Formulate and execute institutional business development plans in alignment with the company's annual performance targets to achieve designated KPIs. Focus on the development, coverage, and execution of key projects in cross-border institutional business for client segments including securities firms, private equity funds, and industry-finance conglomerates. Provide target clients with comprehensive risk management solutions related to overseas derivatives trading. Closely monitor and analyze market trends and client needs, proactively innovating business models and solutions. Perform other tasks assigned by the department and superiors. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Management, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred. At least two years of client development/business development experience in the financial industry; in-depth knowledge of domestic and international futures markets, financial derivatives, and their trading characteristics is required. Candidates possessing extensive resources and networks to support Chinese private equity funds’ overseas expansion will be given priority. Proficient in institutional client development and servicing, with professional-level communication, presentation, and business pitching skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; IELTS 7.0 or above is highly preferred. Excellent teamwork, innovation capability, and ability to work under pressure. Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position. The company will provide competitive and comprehensive human resources development support.
