We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Portfolio Financial Services Manager. Principal responsibilities Employment contract ends on 31 May 2026 Provide fund operations support to asset management business, including procurement and administrative system maintenance Provide support to monitor and detect any exceptions to investment guidelines / regulatory mandates set out for investment services business to comply Prepare reports to monitor usage of broker / issuer limit for investment activities of investment service business Develop / update spreadsheets to cater for on-going changes of the tailor-made investment guidelines Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) of system development Adhere to operational procedures to ensure compliance with the Bank's guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements Requirements University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience and sound knowledge of asset management operations and investment products, preferably investment compliance monitoring Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong knowledge of spreadsheet application software an advantage Good knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or experience with investment compliance regulation coding is a big advantage Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes You'll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited. www.hangseng.com/careers https://www.linkedin.com/company/hang-seng-bank Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
