Responsibilities Supervise counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations. Enhance customer service quality and assist in resolving customer complaints. Prevent misconduct by checking and monitoring daily operations. Provide recommendations on the improvement of branch operations and work processes. Ensure the branch operates in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements Secondary education or above. Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Retail Banking Operations. Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements. Customer‑oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. Mature, independent and able to work under pressure. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Branch Operations.
