Assistant Manager, IT Operation West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. You Will Be Responsible For: Administrating and supporting end‑user computing environment including Windows, Mac and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. Participating in solution and software evaluation, performance monitoring and diagnostics, identifying and preventing potential issues proactively. Preparing technical documents and reports, implementation proposals and user manuals. Working with and managing the vendor of IT projects and assisting in monitoring their implementation. Providing system‑level technical support and assisting the management of the IT helpdesk service. Assisting the management of IT service‑management processes, such as incident, problem, change and service‑request management. Ensuring all IT support services are delivered in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). Assisting in the development of a technology roadmap for Microsoft 365 (M365) and leading the team to manage and support all infrastructure and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online and Intune. Managing technology partners and vendors to deliver the required services. Assisting in the procurement of computing hardware, software and peripherals, ensuring alignment with the Authority’s standards and cost optimisation. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Authority. You Should Have: Recognised university degree or diploma in computer science, information technology or equivalent. At least five years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on IT operation support. Strong experience in administering and supporting Windows, Mac, M365, and directory services. Knowledge of IT service‑management frameworks such as ITIL (preferred). Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization and mobile device management. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Microsoft 365 Administrator certification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
