Your Key Responsibilities Understand the features and structures of various insurance products. Manage policy servicing processes across multiple insurers. Handle quarterly cash value updates and prepare annual review packages. Provide accurate and timely assistance to consultants, policyholders, and banking partners. Coordinate commission and referral fee payments for renewal cases. Ensure all policy servicing requests comply with internal guidelines. Maintain accurate records of changes to in-force policies in the system. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification. At least 5 years of experience in policy administration, serving high-net-worth clients is essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
