Job Description As an Shared Service & Travel Policy Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Managing and processing payroll for employees across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Overseeing travel and expense processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll and T&E operations. Ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements in various jurisdictions. Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on payroll and expense matters. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Preparing reports and analysis related to payroll and expenses for senior management. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll systems, policies, and regional requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Shared Service & Travel Policy Manager should have: Strong expertise in payroll management and travel expense processes across the APAC region. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the retail industry. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in payroll systems and financial reporting tools.
