Your new company A leading Banking Institution is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Specialist to join its branch-based team in Kowloon. This role offers the unique opportunity to excel your career within a dynamic banking environment, providing tailored insurance solutions to clients while supporting broader financial goals. Your new role Deliver personalized insurance consultations, including life, health, and general insurance offerings. Collaborate with branch staff to identify cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance standards, and market trends. Engage with walk-in and referred clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. What you'll need to succeed 2+ Years of Experience in Insurance Product Sales or as an Insurance Specialist Qualification holder of HKSI Papers and/or IIQE Papers Strong communication and relationship building skills Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred Eager and proactive personality with attention to detail What you'll get in return Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives.
