The Job Carry out branch visits to establish rapport with bank sales representatives & management team Assist in negotiating with bank branch managers/ insurance specialists on all sales & marketing aspects Provide sales and distribution support to partners including conduct briefing, training, pre-case discussion and sales appointment join call Follow up new application underwriting and policy service progress Implement sales & marketing programs to ensure a consistent business sales growth Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department Liaise with other departments to ensure operational service requirements of Bancassurance business partners are met Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Person University graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese Very strong in interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills Able to motivate the team with positive spirit Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
