Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Master, Engineers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver the backlog.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers, dependencies, or other issues impacting the team or a particular story.
- Own succinct and clearly written user stories and epics, ensuring scope, acceptance criteria, definition of ready, and definition of done are met.
- Accountable for the outcomes of the activity undertaken by the Agile Team, including accepting work as complete and effective.
- University degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Information System, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Insurance project management, product development, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and facilitation skills to ensure business needs and effective solutions are quickly and clearly defined.
- Exceptional and demonstrable knowledge of Agile ways of working.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with knowledge on when and how to re-prioritize or escalate as required.
