Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our corporate Mobile App. The successful candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business strategy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- As Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering and enhancing the corporate Mobile App, ensuring it supports our business strategy.
- You will understand the competitive landscape in local markets, identify customer pain points, and develop market insights.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to project-manage the integration of payment channels onto our corporate platform and oversee the E2E development process from contract evaluation to go-live.
- Manage channel partners and customer relationships in any product-related engagement.
- Articulate value propositions of business initiatives, translating business requirements into product requirements/user stories.
- Ensure the development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality products within timelines.
- Understand user mindset and behavior through research, observation, data mining, and E2E testing, engineering frictionless and relevant payment experiences for customers.
- Manage partner and customer relationships in any product-related engagement.
- Define and track product performance metrics, providing feedback to improve customer experience and performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management or related role, preferably in payments or ecommerce industry.
- Good understanding of ecommerce, payment technology, payment channels, and industry players in Southeast Asia markets.
- Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, defining and managing qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.
- Strong organizational acumen, able to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on high-degree cross-functional collaboration.
- Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, preferred proficiency in Chinese.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance and retirement plan matching.
