Senior Product Manager (Fintech Payment Solutions)

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading fintech and payment solutions company seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our corporate Mobile App. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business strategy through product innovation.

About the Role:

  • As Product Owner, you will be accountable for delivering and enhancing corporate Mobile App to support business strategy.
  • You will understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights, and identify customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to integrate payment channels onto corporate platform and oversee E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live.
  • You will manage channel partners and customer relationships in any product-related engagement.
  • Articulate value propositions of business initiatives, translate business requirements into product requirements/user stories, and ensure development team understands context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.
  • You will understand user mindset and behavior through research, observation, data mining, and E2E testing, engineer and deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience to customers.
  • Manage partner and customer relationships in any product-related engagement.
  • You will understand, define, and track product performance metrics and continue to provide feedback to improve customer experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ experience in product management or related role. Previous experience in payments or ecommerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce, payment technology, payment channels, and industry players in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.
  • Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in matrix environment where success depends on high degree of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
