Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Systems Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers while serving as an advocate for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with customers to ensure their successful deployment of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion Cloud.
  • Provide assistance to service delivery teams in critical situations as requested.
  • Perform daily service support, financial module maintenance support, customization development, function enhancement, and financial module setup and operation training.
  • Form effective professional relationships with Oracle Technical Account Managers, Oracle Solution team, Oracle Product Support, and customer staff to ensure customer satisfaction with Oracle's products and support organization.
  • Respond and resolve service requests within Key Performance Indicator targets.
  • Develop high-quality, standard deliverables and methods to promote efficient service delivery.
  • Research and respond to technical enquiries from customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products released in the market.
  • Maintain product expertise within own area of specialization.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years of solid experience in supporting Ebiz and Fusion cloud FIN modules.
  • Mainly work in FIN modules; with Manufacturing & HR modules experience an additional advantage.
  • Solid experience and deep knowledge of EBiz R12, experience in Fusion cloud an advantage.
  • Experienced in the implementation and development of Oracle eBusiness Suite financial module, including Fusion Cloud financial module implementation and data integration.
  • Oracle eBusiness Suite Architecture, including good understanding of technology stack.
  • Strong PL/SQL and Integration development skills an additional advantage, preferably Linux.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin speaking an advantage.
