About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior Financial Markets Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Job Description

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage with asset management, crypto, and private equity firms to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Research and analyse the asset management, crypto, and private equity markets to identify hiring trends, opportunities, and key players.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Identify, screen, and interview high-calibre professionals using a variety of channels including headhunting, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Recruitment Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs, providing market insights, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets, with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience, ideally with exposure to the asset management, crypto, or private equity sectors. Other sectors are welcome.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services and investment ecosystem, particularly in Asia.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture.
