Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Preqin. This role will involve managing and growing existing client relationships through subscription renewals and expansion, uplifts, and cross-selling of additional products.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our clients' organizational structure, workflows, and needs, and provide support where necessary.
  2. Identify key contacts at existing clients and maintain strong relationships to secure future retention.
  3. Identify potential users to increase usage within clients' organizations and grow the value of Preqin through ongoing engagements such as customized training and day-to-day support.
  4. Identify clients at risk, ensure urgent client issues are resolved in a timely manner, and turn risks into safe renewal opportunities.
  5. Effectively communicate client status, risks, and opportunities within the Sales team.
  6. Proactively communicate client feedback on data, product, and industry with relevant departments within Preqin.
Requirements
  • Curiosity for learning, willingness to develop customer support skills to advance to future Sales account management role.
  • Must have a "Client-first" attitude.
  • Prior experience in Client Success or Client Service within the financial data vending industry is a bonus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the financial market data space, alternative assets, and financial services industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
