About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of solutions, working closely with clients to identify functional and non-functional requirements, and developing technical proposals and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Work closely with clients to identify functional and non-functional requirements, and develop technical proposals and solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  4. Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Participate in multiple design activities, from requirements analysis to systems, application, and process design specification.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in computer science or any other equivalent degree.
  2. At least 10 years total relevant experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in producing Salesforce architectures and application design for at least one solution architecture with Full Application Development Life-Cycle experience.
  3. Good in designing architecture to meet customer's non-functional requirements.
  4. Have experience in leading a small team for project implementation.
  5. Have fundamental project management knowledge.
  6. Previous IT experience in consulting firm or services vendors is preferred.
  7. Good Problem Solving skill, communication skills and commercial/engagement support sense.
  8. Good Presentation skill is preferred.
