Incident Response Engineer

About the Role:
As an Incident Response Engineer at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incident response efforts, including site surveys, project budgeting, scheme design, construction design, construction organization design, cost control, progress control, quality assurance, risk management, and project completion and acceptance.
- Assist the business manager in effective communication with clients, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and relevant departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion.
- Communicate, coordinate, and resolve complex issues to ensure project completion on time and with quality.
- Lead daily project management work, including construction progress and personnel management.
- Ensure timely project payment collection according to the plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in network security, computer science, communication engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT security field.
- Strong background in security technology, familiar with security operations, network security, information security, and offensive and defensive technologies, with extensive experience in network protection defense.
- Familiar with mainstream security technologies and products, routing and switching knowledge, and network security products; familiar with common security risks in the security field, protective measures, and emergency response technologies.
- Understanding the working principles of various detection methods, with in-depth research in at least one aspect of the mainstream information security field.
- Ability to independently complete the investigation and analysis of large-scale internal network intrusion incidents, master risk detection, incident tracing, traffic and log analysis, and independently handle various emergency security incidents, producing tracing analysis reports; experience in implementing and troubleshooting related security equipment; experience in key protection and offensive and defensive operations for large events.
- Proficient in key technologies, tool usage, and methodologies of various stages of ATT&CK, familiar with common vulnerability handling and remediation solutions.
- Possession of network security-related certifications such as CISP, CISSP, OSCP, or CISP-PTE is preferred.
