APAC Cyber Incident Response Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Leader to join our team as an APAC Cyber Incident Response Manager. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the response to cyber threats and incidents in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Incident Responders in the APAC region, ensuring timely and effective response to cyber threats and incidents.
- Develop and implement incident response playbooks to improve response times and visibility.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to provide support and guidance on cyber security matters.
- Act as an escalation point for critical security incidents, coordinating response activities and providing visibility to senior management.
- Monitor and continuously improve incident response operations, defining actionable KPIs and collecting feedback from the team.
- Work closely with the Group Cyber Incident Response Manager to support the execution of the Cyber Security strategy.
- Manage a team of Incident Responders in the region and manage the progress of work.
- Provide regular and relevant updates to senior management on critical security incidents and incident response operations.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes, procedures, and tools following the strategy defined by senior management.
- 1+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Incident Responders.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Cyber Security area.
- Industry-recognized security certification, such as OSCP, OSCE, CEH, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, GPEN, GWAPT, GMOB, GREM, GASF, GCTI, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with Cyber Threat and Intelligence gathering and analysis.
- Experience in managing Cyber Incidents, coordinating resources, and managing stakeholders.
- Collaborative and open mindset, good listening skills, and strong feedback culture.
- Able to work under operational pressure in the event of ongoing Cyber cases.
- Able to interpret varying log data, such as system event logs, application logs, and security event logs.
- Experience in a multinational, global environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English. Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Outstanding personal and professional integrity and work ethics.
- Exceptional analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and an advocate of Cyber Security.
