Senior Cyber Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our Information Technology Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, Design, and Implement Cybersecurity Services
- Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Country Representatives
- Embed Best Practice Management and Support Transformational Change
- Implement Controls on Cybersecurity Risk and Ensure Compliance
- Provide Expert Advisory Services on Cyber Security Matters
- Support Cybersecurity in Accordance with IT Security Target Operating Model
- Contribute to the Sub-function/Region Cybersecurity Strategy
- Monitor and Analyze Security Events and Incidents
- Lead and Manage Security Projects
- Conduct Regular Security Assessments
- Stay Up-to-date with the Latest Cyber Security Threats and Trends
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams to Integrate Security into Design and Implementation
- Lead and Support Peers within the Cybersecurity Function
- Ensure Compliance with Internal Audit and External Regulators
- Enhance IT and Information Security Education and Awareness Programs
- Stay Informed about the Regulatory Landscape in Hong Kong
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ Years of Experience in Cyber Security, IT Operations, IT Audit, or Risk Management
- Understanding of Inherent and Residual Risk Management Principles
- Hands-on Implementation of Industry Best Practices, Risk Frameworks, or Regulatory Guidelines
- Knowledge of DevOps, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, or Machine Learning
- Hold Professional Security Certifications, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CEH, etc.
- Quick Learning Ability to Keep Track of Technology Application and Understand Security Concerns
- Good Technical Ability to Implement IT Security and Technology Risk Management Programs
- Strong Managerial, Project Management, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills with All Levels of Management
- Great Sense of Ownership and Servicing Mindset to Ensure Efficient and Effective Customer Service Processes
