How will you contribute to our success?

In the capacity of Regional Cyber Incident Response Lead, you will manage a dedicated team of Incident Responders across the APAC region, overseeing daily Cyber Security incidents and enhancing our incident response capabilities.

As the primary coordinator for APAC, you will collaborate closely with local stakeholders, taking full responsibility for significant cases within the region and offering support to the business and all parties involved.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being an integral part of the Group CSIRT, reporting directly to the Global Cyber Incident Response Manager, ensuring prompt responses to cyber threats affecting the Group by aligning people, processes, and tools effectively. You will serve as an escalation point for Cyber Analysts during the resolution of critical cyber security incidents. Monitoring and continuously enhancing incident response operations by establishing actionable KPIs and gathering feedback from your team, providing insights to the Cyber Incident Response Senior Manager regarding the security posture and the effectiveness of implemented controls. Collaborating with the Group Cyber Incident Response Manager to support the execution of the Cyber Security strategy. Leading a team of Incident Responders in the region and managing the workflow progress. Delivering regular and pertinent updates to the Cyber Incident Response Senior Manager, creating transparency around critical Security Incidents and the effectiveness of incident response operations. Assessing and refining operational processes, procedures, and tools in accordance with the strategy set by the Cyber Incident Response Senior Manager. Ensuring that incident response playbooks are consistently updated and tailored to address the use cases within the CSIRT scope, thereby improving response times and enhancing visibility through collected data. Acting as an escalation point and closely monitoring the resolution of critical security incidents by coordinating response activities and providing updates to the Cyber Incident Response Senior Manager as necessary. Offering training and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborating with additional CSIRT functions and the Risk & Advisory Team to provide insights on CSIRT metrics and relevant threats.

What does success look like in this role?

As the Regional Cyber Incident Response Lead, you will be part of a highly skilled and effective team. The Richemont CSIRT operates in a dynamic environment that will allow you to broaden your expertise.

Required experiences for this position:

Over 1 year of experience in leading and managing a team of Incident Responders. At least 5 years of practical experience in the Cyber Security domain. Possession of industry-recognized security certifications is advantageous, including but not limited to: OSCP, OSCE, CEH, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, GPEN, GWAPT, GMOB, GREM, GASF, GCTI or equivalent certifications. Experience in Cyber Threat and Intelligence gathering and analysis. Proven experience in managing Cyber Incidents, coordinating resources, and engaging stakeholders.

Essential soft skills for this role:

A collaborative and open mindset, strong listening skills, and a commitment to a robust feedback culture. Ability to perform under operational pressure during ongoing Cyber incidents. Proficiency in interpreting various log data, including system event logs, application logs, and security event logs. Experience in a multinational, global environment. Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage. High personal and professional integrity along with strong work ethics. Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong advocacy for Cyber Security.
