Key Account Manager Hong Kong

The successful Regional Sales Director will have a proven track record in driving sales growth and optimizing relationships with distributors and retailers in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategic plans to achieve our annual volume targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market, its value chain, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and optimize relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure effective distribution network and execute plans to maximize customer funds and investments.
Category Advice & Shopper Marketing:
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Distributors' Marketing teams to develop consumer- and shopper-centric campaigns.
- Achieve shopper objectives (Penetration, Headspace, Frequency, Spend per Trip) aligned with MDF guidelines.
Internal Business Planning:
- Develop an annual Sales & Marketing Calendar for Hong Kong, aligning all ATL & BTL activity.
- Leverage analysis to understand and optimize efficiency of our investments and their impact on Shopper behavior.
- Implement Joint Business Plans including developing KA Business plans and JBP's for key wholesalers and selected retail customers.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage customer inventory and quality, monitoring pricing & supply in the market.
- Implement Quarterly Business Reviews with key wholesalers and key retailers in the region.
- Educate the distributor and develop skills to improve knowledge on Zespri, the Category, and our Brands/Products.
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director with a strong background in sales leadership and category management.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and its value chain, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
