About the Role

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Trials Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multi-country projects, negotiating contracts, and preparing budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the clinical development process, legal and contracting parameters, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Clinical Operations and Finance, to validate departmental budgets and corresponding backlog.

As a Clinical Trials Manager, you will identify possible contract or process operational risk and proactively work within the team to provide solutions. You will also establish strong working relationships with SSU lead, customer, and internal project teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
