About the Role

As a VP/AVP, Treasures Investment Counsellor at DBS Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and providing exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in investment sales management and support to achieve overall sales and service targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive sales performance of frontline sales teams to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and business plans for cluster branches with DH and Branch Managers to optimise sales capacity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and market/product briefings to enhance sales staff's functional competencies and professionalism.
  • Provide professional support and advice to both sales staff and customers through joint sales calls and regular portfolio reviews.
  • Perform regulated activities, including Type 1 & 4 specified under the Securities & Futures Ordinance.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' working experience with financial institutions, preferably with fund houses or CRM roles.
  • You possess solid experience in managing and coaching sales staff to achieve team performance.
  • You are a university graduate with a degree in Business or Marketing.
  • You must be registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; equivalent.
  • CFP and CFA designation would be an advantage.
