Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and maintenance, preferably in a consultant firm or property management company.

  • Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage.
