Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Activities: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Project Management: Plan and deliver compliance-related projects, including risk assessments, control design, and process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our compliance programs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on compliance-related matters.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Compliance department and other business units, including Front Office, Risk Management, and Internal Audit.

Requirements:

  • Compliance Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior staff members.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English and Chinese.
