Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in IT support or relevant field.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving PC-related problems.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration within diverse groups.
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing shift patterns, inclusive of public holidays.
